Welcome to the Creative and Performing Arts Faculty

The Creative and Performing Arts Faculty at King’s Academy Binfield prides itself on forming an integral part of the students educational experience. The faculty is committed to developing and inspiring our students to create, perform, experiment, play and challenge themselves through a broad and balanced range of creative and performing arts opportunities and experiences. Creative and Performing Arts learning is loved and valued by both staff and students and has formed an important part of our wider community, from public performances to art exhibitions our faculty is keen to engage not only our students but our extended King’s Academy community. We strive for students to feel confident, not only in their practical performances and expressions of artistic work but, in their ability to analyse, comment, review their work, and the work of others. We are driven to ensure that our students have the cultural appreciation to critically comment on the work of industry professionals and are able to find inspiration and appreciation for the Creative and Performing Arts industries.
